David’s own valuable experience is combined with training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, of which he is a qualified Master Practitioner. NLP stems from the early 1970s when mathematician, Richard Bandler and linguist, John Grinder asked themselves the simple question: "What is it that makes the difference between somebody who is merely competent at any given skill, and somebody who excels at the same skill?" The result of years of research was NLP - a model of excellence and achievement, and a set of guiding principles, attitudes, knowledge, skills and techniques.

Although David’s extensive career has predominately been concentrated within the IT industry, he has experience of working in a variety of market sectors including banking, retail and leisure. David’s experience of corporate affairs is irrefutable. He attributes much of his success as an executive business coach to his wealth of experience in project and business management, including managing a £24 million organisation.

David’s own business leadership experience provides him with a natural ability to coach executives, business leaders and managers on a one-to-one basis. His natural enthusiasm and highly developed presentation and interpersonal skills make him an ideal candidate for coaching larger groups and workshops.
